This is a place where slow living, fresh air, and open landscapes invite you to exhale fully. This intimate retreat brings together yoga, breathwork, and time in nature to help you reconnect with your body and your inner quiet.

Each morning begins with a dynamic yoga session and breath-led movement to reset your energy for the day. Afternoons unfold gently with spacious downtime, giving you room to rest, read, journal, or simply soak in the surroundings. A restorative yoga session will be offered at the end of the day.

At Home in Portugal - Yoga Retreat

Join Grace in the Portuguese countryside for 6 days/5 nights of yoga, rest and exploration.

Hailing from Portugal, Grace loves guiding people through her country and to share the beauty of the land, the food and its people. 

This will be a one of a kind journey to remote Portugal, where you will enjoy daily yoga, delicious meals and a few adventures.  There will be plenty of free time to explore or to simply rest at the farm and lounge by the pool.

  • The Alentejo, derived from Além-Tejo or Beyond the Tagus, covers almost a third of Portugal, from the south bank of the Tagus down to the Algarve, and from the Atlantic coast to the Spanish border in the east.

    To the visitor it feels like undiscovered territory, a sleepy landscape of empty roads, pretty white villages, fields of half-naked cork-oak trees (the bark harvested from their trunks), vines, olive groves and small towns that have remained practically unchanged for centuries – and perfect road trip country.

  • $1750 USD for shared accommodation

After this summer’s amazing yoga session in Toronto, where I led a class for two thousand yogis, I am honored that Lolë has invited me to be a part of the Lolë White Tour once again. On September 1  I will be at theGrand Palais in Paris, leading a unique yoga practice along with Colleen Saidman Yee. 

The Lolë White Tour unites thousands of people, all dressed in white, for an emotionally uplifting yoga session dedicated to peace; a moment of calm, sharing and serenity. To date, the Lolë White Tour has taken place around the world with memorable sessions that brought together over ten thousand yoga practitioners of all levels. The event is sold out!
